This site, currently an Asian supermarket located directly opposite the entrance to the Atherton Towers was once where the office of the ‘Fitzroy City Press’ was located. They utilised the site until at least June 1920, when the last publication was issued.

While this building currently houses the CoHealth centre, it used to be the location of a Watchmaker, Jeweller and Enameller in 1920 run by A C Bowman.
