I love this house – 422 Rae St (I also love the little cottage next door, but 422 is so unique) The building is a later design and is not your classic Fitzroy beauty, but it has a wonderful retro feel which is so Fitzroy today – I commend the owners on being brave enough to leave the outside as is. Actually it so intrigued me I went looking and it was rented in 2020, so I also have a photo at the bottom of the inside. SOOO love this – I know one day it will be developed inside and probably we will lose the features but for now – classic.
Looking forward to having some more time to delve further into this.
