This two storey house was designed by Alfred Kursteiner in 1871. Kursteiner designed this house and the other three 2 storey houses on the corner of Fitzroy and Greeves Streets, in addition, he designed all the houses from 1-30 Greeves Street and 4 and 14 Mahoney Street.
