“An almost intact seven house terrace built by Thomas Cockram in 1881, with elaborate decoration which includes a central segmental pediment, balustraded parapet with urns, relief panel of rinceaux ornament, swagbellied balcony balustrade, paired arched windows on the ground floor, encaustic tile paving and iron palisade garden fencing. The projecting leaves of the party walls are surmounted by urns and their front edges heavily modelled, with unusual attached iron colonettes.” (National Trust Database)
